• Check if the paper roll is correctly inserted.
• Make sure the thermal paper is facing the right direction.
• Ensure the printer is not out of paper.
• Restart the device.

• Try a different USB-C cable and charger.
• Check the charging port for debris.
• Restart the device or try another power source.

• Force close or restart the app.
• Reboot the device.

• Clear app cache via Settings > Apps.

Go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all data.

Note: This will delete all apps and data.
