Yellow cards are used by officials to caution players for dangerous or reckless action, untelcoWay behavior, or infractions of the code of conduct. Any manager on the field may issue a yellow card for behaviour including but not limited to:
- non-compliance with any official company policy, process or procedure
- non-compliance with any role, responsibility or activity detailed in the job description or Action Priority Matrix of the incumbent
- any code of conduct infraction that merits a verbal warning
- transgression of any other work standard that may be defined by the Company from time to time.

An accumulation of 3 or more yellow cards within a 6 month period can lead to an automatic red card.

Yellow cards my be expunged from the record of the #teamplayer by appealing to the issuing manager or the directorate or automatically after six months.

#telcoWay Red Card: Warning
The #telcoWay RedCard is issued as a serious to #teamtelco players who may have continuously infringed a #telcoWay principle. Red cards are used by officials to officially warn players that continuously put the team, the Company and the work in danger by their actions, untelcoWay behavior, or continued infractions of the code of conduct. Only senior managers on the field may issue a red card for behaviour including but not limited to:
- non-compliance with any official company policy, process or procedure
- non-compliance with any role, responsibility or activity detailed in the job description or Action Priority Matrix of the incumbent
- any code of conduct infraction that merits a written or last written warning
- transgression of any other work standard that may be defined by the Company from time to time.

An accumulation of 2 or more red cards within a 6 month period may lead to dismissal.
