We are seeking a dependable, detail-driven Service Delivery Technician to support our growing customer base and expanding network infrastructure. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, customer-oriented, and capable of balancing fieldwork with precise documentation. You will work closely with field teams, customer support, sales, logistics, billing, and network operations to ensure smooth installations, timely fault resolutions, and high-quality service delivery.
The Service Delivery Technician plays a key role in supporting installations, repairs, customer onboarding, and network documentation. You will ensure that every job meets internal quality standards, complies with SLA timelines, and is accurately logged and updated in our operational systems.
This position combines hands-on technical execution, customer engagement, and rigorous documentation, contributing directly to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and network reliability
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and execute job cards following SOPs.
- Complete installations, repairs, and surveys efficiently.
- Customer Onboarding: Demonstrate key product features and basic troubleshooting steps.
- Documentation Compliance: Upload all documentation promptly into Odoo and reporting dashboards.
- Fault Resolution : Attend to faults quickly and diagnose issues effectively. Perform repairs within required MTTR guidelines.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Telecommunications
- 2–3 years in service delivery, installations, and customer support
- Strong technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Odoo ERP and digital documentation systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
