Service Delivery Intern

We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Service Delivery Technician Intern to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to gain practical experience in telecommunications, networking, customer service, and field operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Service Delivery Technicians and administrators to support customer installations, maintenance activities, basic fault troubleshooting, equipment handling, customer onboarding, and service delivery documentation
Responsibilities
- Supporting customer installations, maintenance, testing, and service restoration activities under supervision;
- Performing basic network and equipment checks and assisting with first-line fault troubleshooting;
- Preparing and handling tools, equipment, and materials required for assigned field activities;
- Supporting customer onboarding by explaining approved service and equipment basics;
- Maintaining accurate job records, photographs, time logs, test results, and customer sign-off documentation;
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or a related technical field
- Basic understanding of computer networks, telecommunications equipment, or customer-premises equipment;
- Basic understanding of field safety and willingness to follow safety procedures;
- A valid driver's licence
