Mushe Logistics Lead

Mushe UberMarket is looking for a Logistics Lead to take ownership of our delivery operations. This role is critical to ensuring that deliveries run smoothly, safely, and efficiently through strong rider management, reliable fleet availability, and disciplined inventory control.
You will lead our rider workforce, safeguard and optimise our fleet (electric bikes), and manage logistics inventory to ensure service excellence at all times.
This is a hands-on, on-the-ground leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations.
Responsibilites
- Manage rider attendance, availability, and performance
- Enforce service standards, safety, and discipline
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage logistics inventory (spares, consumebles, etc
- Track vehicle uptime, repairs, and breakdowns
Must Have
- Minimum: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management
- 2-4years experience in fleet, logistics and delivery options
- Proven experience managing riders/drivers or frontline teams
- Strong background in inventory control and maintenance planning
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
