As a Finance Intern at our company, you will work closely with the Finance and Billing teams while also collaborating with other departments to support efficient operations and revenue growth. This internship is both analytical and practical—you will be expected to think critically, pay close attention to detail, and apply knowledge to real-world financial processes. Responsibilities
- Customer Account Reconciliations: Reconciling customer accounts, verifying payments, and checking invoice accuracy.
- Billing-Related Customer Query Management : Responding to billing-related queries and ensuring customer support tickets are closed within SLA.
- Revenue Growth & Package Management : Supporting revenue growth initiatives through upselling, cross-selling, and processing service changes.
- Customer Account Management : Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, reconciliations, and billing adjustments.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on collections, reconciliations, and customer account performance.
Must Have
- Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
