Tariro ‘neGitare’ Chaniwa is a dynamic creative with a deep commitment to fostering community development through innovative creative initiatives. As a talented musician, she utilizes her musical gift to connect with and positively impact diverse communities. Tariro holds a diploma in Personnel Management, an Honors Degree in Sociology and Gender Studies, and a Master of Science degree in Development. She is the founder and proprietor of TNG Music, an organization that specializes in arts, events, and promotions. Through TNG Music, she actively supports and promotes emerging artists, providing them with valuable platforms and opportunities for growth. Additionally, Tariro spearheads the Magitare Africa Trust, an organization dedicated to the development of arts and culture. Her commitment to nurturing creativity and talent is further exemplified by her role as the manager of the prestigious Stanbic Jacaranda Music Festival.
Tariro's passion for capacity building in the arts has established her as a respected thought leader within the creative industry. She consistently seeks to empower fellow artists and creatives, sharing her expertise and insights to facilitate their growth and success. Tariro's visionary mindset and innovative approach make her a valuable asset in shaping the future of the creative space.

Mandipa Masuku: Visionary Entrepreneur, Cultural Ambassador, and Culinary Arts Pioneer
Mandipa Masuku’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 22, demonstrating an innate ability to lead and innovate. Starting her career at the Devere Group, a global financial advisory firm, Mandipa excelled in business development, establishing strong relationships with expatriates worldwide. This role sharpened her global perspective and ignited her passion for building impactful connections.
Her career took an exciting turn when she joined the International Policy Center for United Nations Development Programme (IPC-UNDP) in Brazil,as an intern. Immersed in Brazil’s rich cultural landscape, she discovered the profound influence of culture, arts, and festivals on business and tourism. Witnessing Brazil's iconic carnivals inspired Mandipa’s passion for event production and festival design, laying the groundwork for her future ventures.
In 2018, Mandipa founded Munch & Sip, a quarterly food and lifestyle festival that started with just 14 participants and has since grown into a premier event attracting over 5,000 attendees. Under Mandipa’s leadership, Munch & Sip has become a platform for culinary and artistic inception, drawing sponsorships from corporate giants like Coca-Cola, Visa International, and Castle Lite, transforming Bulawayo's cultural and business scene.
Through Lemongroove Brands, Mandipa has expanded her impact, launching innovative events such as the Good Wine Experience, a celebrated food and wine pairing event set against the picturesque backdrop of Matopo, and ShAashula, a culinary experience blending European techniques with Zimbabwean flavours, focused on creating family-centered dining moments.
Mandipa’s contributions extend to cultural exchange and small business empowerment. Collaborating with the National Arts Council, she has spearheaded cultural exchange programs and promoted emerging talent through the Promoter to Artist Dialogue, mentoring young culinary and musical artists and providing them platforms like Munch & Sip to reach global audiences. Her food research tours have deepened her expertise in culinary arts production, fostering partnerships with brands to deliver creative solutions in food product development, festival design, and digital marketing.
As one of only five female music promoters in Zimbabwe, Mandipa has broken barriers in a male- dominated industry, earning a reputation as a trusted award winning advisor and consultant for major brands. Her creative agency offers services that range from art experiences and festival exchanges to digital marketing, food photography, and product development—transforming how brands connect with audiences.
Mandipa Masuku’s work exemplifies the power of culture and creativity as drivers of economic empowerment and global collaboration. Her innovative vision continues to inspire and elevate communities, making her a true trailblazer in business and the arts.

Mpi Ndebele is the Founding Director for Innovation for Africa, where he embodies a determined, optimistic, and innovative spirit. Known for his pioneering mindset, Mpi is a maximizer who consistently thinks outside the box, driving progress and transformation across the continent. As a strategic and methodical leader, he brings a wealth of experience in starting and leading several small businesses and organizations, alongside a robust track record of mentoring early-stage startups.
As an entrepreneurship ecosystem builder, Mpi is passionate about playing a pivotal role in advancing Africa's economic landscape. He is committed to establishing and revitalizing healthy startup communities in cities across the continent, aiming to empower entrepreneurs and foster sustainable growth. His expertise as an Electronic Engineer, coupled with his recognition as a U.S. Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) alumnus, underscores his dedication to innovation and leadership.
Through his work, Mpi Ndebele is making a significant impact on the African startup ecosystem, inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and contributing to the continent's development and prosperity.

Saimon Mambazo Phiri aka Mbazo is a multi-talented creative professional from Zimbabwe, excelling in various arts, events, and entertainment fields. As a producer, director, writer, and arts entrepreneur, he has significantly contributed to developing Zimbabwean arts and culture. As an arts entrepreneur, Saimon has founded and runs several organizations aimed at promoting and supporting Zimbabwean arts and culture. He has also collaborated with international organizations and artists, further expanding his reach and influence. Saimon Mambazo Phiri's dedication to his craft and his community has earned him recognition and respect within the industry, inspiring a new generation of Zimbabwean artists and creatives.
